Shipping & Policies


Fine Art Orders

Fine Art Prints, Canvas Prints, and Metal Prints -- Open Edition or Limited Edition -- are made upon request as Custom Orders unless otherwise noted as in-stock Available Inventory.  

For customers outside the regional Eastern USA, we advise purchasing a print only and finding a local framer to help finish your artwork!  All artwork is insured for shipment, but plexiglass can be substituted to help avoid shipping damage.

  

Shipping

Production time takes 5–7 days depending on print type and time of year.  Expected overall turnaround time after production and shipment for all Framed Fine Art Prints, Canvases, or Metal Prints, is 1–2 weeks.  You will receive a notification with tracking details once an order has shipped.  All artwork is insured for shipment, but plexiglass can be substituted for Framed Fine Art Prints to help avoid shipping damage.  

Rhode Island buyers may arrange for Local Pickup.  Local deliveries will not be made.   Please contact us for further details.

International buyers are encouraged to purchase the Print Only, and work with a local framer to finish your piece and help save on shipping costs! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for shipment delays due to customs.

Orders on hold, or Local Pickups paid and unclaimed after 30 days from order date, become the property of Cate Brown Photography.

Standard method of shipping is USPS for Domestic Orders within the United States, or DHL for International Orders.  FedEx or UPS shipping available upon request.  Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included for all items. 

All items are thoroughly packaged and insured for protection during transit.  If your item arrives damaged, please document the packaging and its contents as soon as possible, and submit a shipping insurance claim directly to USPS or other shipping provider.  This insurance claim will provide any necessary reimbursement for the buyer towards any replacements.  Replacement prints must be processed as a new Custom Order.

  

Refunds

We are here to create a custom piece that you will love for years to come!  Due to their custom and fragile nature, refunds & exchanges are not available.  All sales are final.  

Once a custom order is submitted, we process it on the same day, and our printing partners are notified.  Orders that have been sent into production cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.
