Horses on the Beach

A couple weeks ago I had the unique opportunity from another photographer to join her and her husband at Narragansett Beach with their dogs and their horses!  Brian and Katleen Reid run Horses Know the Way Home, connecting people with their inner horse power by introducing them to their Shire, Brenda Lee, and their Friesian, Kylian.   We had so much fun on the beach, as the horses romped and swam....

Early Morning Chill

It's been a chilly December thus far, and luckily we've actually had some snow! I have a hard time appreciating frigid conditions unless there is some fluffy white snow to beautify the scenery. While it's only been a couple of dustings so far, I'm still glad to have a proper winter compared to a couple years ago when there was no snow to speak of. Block's North Light

PJ Sunrise

Also on my list of places to visit has been Point Judith Light for a morning long exposure shoot. After coming across, greatly admiring, and then meeting seascape photographer Ed King of 02809 Photography, I have been deeply inspired to further practice and refine my own seascape shooting. Early Morning Sachuest

Fall and winter are my seasons for shooting landscapes and seascapes.
