Our last morning on Block Island was spent at Cormorant Cove for a sunrise shoot where there were ample shooting opportunities for views towards and away from the rising sun. Sail away on the Block Island Ferry

I recently made a trip to Block Island as part of a Profundo Journeysphotography workshop hosted by Cindy Wilson & Eileen Muldoon. It was a great group of twelve and we spent four days and three nights on the island. Cindy has a lot of local knowledge and we were able to get about three photoshoots in each day. Last Stop: Block Island

Sail with me on the Block Island Ferry... Well we didn't take the ferry, but we certainly sailed! It was such a nice break to sail instead of motor. Listening to the lapping of gentle waves against the hull instead of the obnoxious humming of a motor.
