Hinckley Sport Boat 40c

It's a new Hinckley!  Not just a new Hinckley... but a whole new Hinckley brand.  Introducing:  Hinckley Sport Boat.  The traditional luxury boat builder is branching out and bringing their unparalleled build quality and attention to detail into a new line of composite build hulls and center consoles.   Combining luxury with speed, I had the pleasure of photographing the new Hinckley Sport Boat 40c.  With three independently articulating 300hp outboard engines, this baby reaches top speeds of 58mph.  I speak from experience when I say full throttle felt like somewhere between a rocket ship and a hover croft as we blasted along for the fastest and smoothest ride I had ever experienced!

MOY Classic Yacht Regatta

The very last weekend of August, one of the most beautiful celebrations of classic boats was held out of Newport Harbor in foggy and rainy conditions.  The Museum of Yachting's Annual Classic Yacht Regatta boasted several classes with boats ranging from 20 feet to 50 feet in length.  Canvas sails, varnished wood spars, teak decking... it's a gorgeous regatta that I love to see every year.  This...
